Product description
The 1216 Corrosion-Resistant Zinc Alloy Single-Hole Kitchen Cabinet Knob is specifically engineered for the kitchen environment, adept at enduring harsh conditions like moisture and oil fumes. Zinc alloy, a high-quality metal material, offers strength, durability, and long-term stability even amidst the complexities of kitchen settings. Given the presence of moisture, oil fumes, and various cleaning agents in kitchens, hardware accessories demand high corrosion resistance. Through special surface treatment, the zinc alloy knob forms a protective film, effectively shielding against corrosion from moisture and corrosive substances. Safety considerations are paramount for frequently used kitchen areas. Hence, the knob features a no-sharp-angle design, reducing the risk of accidental scratches. Its stable fixing performance ensures the knob remains secure and steadfast, preventing loosening or detachment during use.
Exposed handle installation location:
1. Handles are generally divided into horizontal installation and vertical installation. Regardless of whether they are installed horizontally or vertically, they must be unified.
2. The shape and direction of the handle should be consistent.
3. Drawer panels, upper flip-up doors, and lower flip-up door handles must be installed horizontally.
4. The upper cabinet door panel handle is installed below the door panel, and the lower cabinet door panel handle is installed above the door panel.
5. The installation position of the handle of the tall (long) cabinet door panel is determined through negotiation based on the height of the owner. Do not blindly decide on your own.
6. The handles of drawer panels, bottom flip doors, top flip doors, and door panels with door accessories are generally installed in the width center of the door panels. The handles of door panels that open doors are generally installed on the side away from the installation hinges.
7. There are two installation heights for the handles of the drawer panel. They can be installed at the height center of the panel or at the same height from the upper edge of the panel.
8. When installing the handle, the distance between the edge hole of the handle and the edge of the board is generally 45mm.
9. When installing handles on door panels with shapes on the surface (such as solid wood door panels), be sure to confirm with the owner, because sometimes the handles selected by the designer may not be suitable for installation, and the installation effect will be very unsightly.
