Split lock installation method
(1) Open the lock body hole and the connecting pipe through hole on the door leaf, and open the buckle plate buckle box hole on the door frame.
(2) Install the lock body into the door leaf and fix it with the lock body screws; embed the plastic buckle box and the stainless steel buckle plate into the door frame in turn and fix them with the lock body screws.
(3) Fix the connecting pipe to the lining with the matching short screws, and fix the four linings to the door leaf with the matching connecting pipe long screws. (Or fix them to the door leaf with small self-tapping screws)
(4) Insert the square bar into a handle ring, align the groove of the square bar with the handle top screw hole, and fix one side of the square bar to the handle with the handle top screw.
(5) Insert the handle ring with the fixed square bar into the square center hole of the lock body, cover the lining, insert the other side of the handle ring into the other end of the square bar, cover the lining, tighten the handle top screw, and tighten the handle ring neck screw.
(6) Cover the two lower liners with two gourd hole rings, pass the lock core through the gourd ring, lock body, gourd ring from the room in sequence, and fix the lock core screws, and tighten the two gourd ring neck wires. (Make sure the two are linked and there is no gap)
